Saskatchewan Licensed Daycare Immunization Requirements

Saskatchewan licensed daycares are required to collect and maintain immunization records for enrolled children. The Saskatchewan childhood immunization schedule is published by Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). Recommended vaccinations include:

• DTaP-IPV-Hib (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, Hib) — 2, 4, 6, 18 months + 4-6 years
• Pneumococcal (PCV13) — 2, 4, 12 months
• Rotavirus — 2, 4 months
• MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) — 12 months + 4-6 years
• Varicella (chickenpox) — 12 months + 4-6 years
• Meningococcal — 12 months
• Annual influenza — 6 months+

What Daisy Days Daycare Requires at Enrollment
